Can I switch between membership plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any difference if you're upgrading mid-month.
Is there a commitment or contract?
All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract. We believe in earning your loyalty through exceptional experiences, not locking you in. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I miss a class?
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, simply do so at least 4 hours before class time and your session credit will be returned to your account. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used class.
Can I try a class before committing?
Of course! Your first class is on us. Simply book through our contact page or give us a call, and we'll set you up with a complimentary trial session in any beginner or all-levels class.
