2. Service Infrastructure

Foundation$97/mo

Custom design, professional email, 99.9% uptime guarantee.

Growth$299/mo

Full AI automation suite + ecommerce integration.

3. AI Operational Disclaimer

Technical Notice:

Our automation systems utilize probabilistic AI models. While engineered for precision, the Client remains responsible for final verification of AI-generated customer interactions.

4. Commitment & Cancellation

  • Setup Fees: Non-refundable technical onboarding fees apply to all new deployments.
  • Commitment Discounts: 12-month terms receive a 50% reduction in setup fees. Early termination requires repayment of the received discount.
  • Termination: Month-to-month plans require 30 days notice via the communication architecture below.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. International technical engagements are subject to good-faith negotiation before legal escalation.
